Many of our clients start on Starter to get their site live quickly, then move to Managed once they see the results. There is no penalty for upgrading — just let us know and we will switch you over.
We're upfront about how everything works. Read this before you sign.
Under both tiers, ByHills retains ownership of the website, code and infrastructure until the buyout is exercised. This is how we're able to include hosting, management and support at the monthly price — we're running everything on our infrastructure. You have full use of the site at all times. You just don't own the underlying assets until you buy them out.
At any point — Starter clients can pay a one-off £1,000 fee, Managed clients £1,500 — to take complete ownership. All files, all logins, everything handed over. Simple as that.
Both Starter and Managed run on a rolling monthly basis. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — no penalties, no exit fees. We just ask for 30 days so we can wind things down properly.
